About the Founder

Teach Attention Like a Monk was created by Grace Tiffin, a classroom teacher with 14 years of teaching experience.

Grace has trained in emotional intelligence and concentration practices. She now creates classroom resources designed to help students understand the inner workings of the mind, so that they may overcome obstacles to happiness and success.
